Integrity Builders Supply stocks doors, frames, finish hardware and restroom accessories. Additionally, Integrity Builders Supply offers commercial fire rated openings as well as shop labeled fire rated openings. Our shop has over 26 years of experience in specialty hollow metal doors and frames and custom wood doors. We work across multiple industries including K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, Churches, Government, Hospitality, Financial Institutions and more.
Bobby Kelley grew up around home construction and got into the commercial door hardware industry in 1982 as a laborer and it has been a part of his life ever since. Bobby has spent time in every aspect of the business, learning each piece before starting Integrity Builder Supply and stepping in as President. Bobby was born and raised in the Church of Christ and enjoys family, hunting, traveling, and volunteering as a fire fighter for the Bruceville-Eddy VFD for 21 years. Sharon and Bobby have 4 children and 8 grandchildren.
Phillip started in this industry about 5 years ago, as a Delivery Driver and did some installation then was promoted from there into the office. He has a background in Architectural Drafting and AutoCAD which helped him transition into Estimation and Sales. Phillip excels at meeting and talking to new people to establish lasting relationships to help customers achieve their goals.
Jarrod Metzgar is an Estimator for Integrity Builders Supply. Prior to joining Integrity, Jarrod has worked in Education, Event Management and Project Management. Notable is his nine years as Vice President of the Heart O’ Texas Fair and was responsible for over 400 Volunteers. Jarrod holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and grew up in Robinson, Texas. When away from the office, Jarrod enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. Jarrod and his wife Heather have been married for 21 years and have two sons, Braedon and Bryson.
Eric Montes joined Integrity Builders Supply in February 2016 as a Delivery Driver and was promoted to Shop Supervisor after 6 months. He is originally from Clifton, Eric moved to Waco in July of 2013 and married his wife Kaleigh in October 2013. They have two sons Carson and Cannon. Eric is currently enrolled at MCC pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Management through Tarleton State University.
Sales & Marketing Manager
After graduating from Texas A&M University in College Station, Lauren started her career in Sales & Marketing working for an advertising company in the DFW Area. She spent a few years working as a Technical Recruiter staffing IT positions in and around the DFW area before relocating to Waco with her Husband in January 2014. Lauren’s diverse Sales & Marketing background allows her to better understand client needs and delivery on what is expected.
Sandy was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas but she has been in Waco for about a year. Sandy offers more than 30 years of accounting experience in a multitude of industries including Wholesale Food Distribution, State Universities, Homebuilding, Home Health Care and CPA firms. Sandy has 7 adorable grandchildren whom she loves to spoil.
Integrity Builders Supply’s position on safety is reflected in our policy and procedures from the Pre-Hire drug and physical screening and New Hire Orientation to the technical safety training for safety sensitive positions.
Integrity has a comprehensive written safety and health program concerning ladders, fall protection, hazard communication, personal protective equipment, other trades hazard exposure, housekeeping, weekly safety meetings, accident reporting and investigating, management and employee responsibilities, installations, drug free workplace, and more.
Integrity trains applicable employees in: forklift operation, boom/scissor lift operation, as well as holding weekly safety meetings and Pre-Task Plans Daily.
Integrity does New Hire Orientations with new employees covering: site safety rules, PPE requirements, evacuation instructions, fire extinguisher location, Haz Com program, MSDS location, fall protection, blood borne pathogens, accident reporting, housekeeping, machine guarding, and authority chain of command.
Integrity’s Corporate Safety Director is dedicated to keeping its employees safe! It’s a matter of life and death and we don’t take it lightly! Our goal is to provide a safe and profitable experience for each employee. It is our commitment to make this company as safe as humanly possible. There may be any number of potentially dangerous situations that employees will be confronted with. Yet with training, awareness and those helpful reminders from our coworkers we can return each evening to our families unharmed and healthy.
